Fun Updo!

Start by making a very far left part on the top of her hair pull the hair down to her ear. Then twist the hair

Once the hair is twisted secure it with an elastic into a small pony tail at the bottom of her hair.

(I always do a diagonal part on the bottom of her hair also you will have 2 of these small ponytails at the bottom of her hair when finished.)

Do this step on both sides of her head one will be bigger with a far side part and the other will be done with a small amount on the other side.

Then take the remaining hair and pull it into a ponytail.

After the hair is in a ponytail then very last don't pull the hair all the way through and leave the ends still in the ponytail.

Toddler Pull Thru Headband

Because of how thin and fine her hair is I only did 4 pull thrus across the front of her head.
Below shows one of these

Continue across the front of her hair line to make a headband.

Below is a picture of the top of her head. This is simple quick and looks very cute.

Tragedy of the Camera

So tragedy stuck me this weekend.
My camera decided it needed to be cooled off
and landed in the deep end of the swimming pool.


I will be getting a new camera very quickly so hopefully it will be a very short delay in hairstyles.

Pull Thru Headband

Take small sections of hair and pull the hair through to give the twist look. Do this all the way around the front of her head. We did 6 across the front to make a headband.

Side Messy Bun

She wanted me to take a full body picture so she could pose.

This is going to be a diagonal hair style that ends with a side ponytail or messy bun.
Start with a downward slope part and pull the hair through to give it a twist look.

Make a 2nd diagonal part parallel to the first ponytail. Do the same thing and pull it through to give it a twist. Then take the remaining hair and pull it into a ponytail. We made hers into a messy bun because it was PE day and she wanted it out of her way. We did add a large flower but we didn't get a picture of the flower we placed it on the right side of her messy bun.

Princess Braid.

This braid is very fun and simple. The most difficult part is getting it to stay tight. You start like a normal braid the only difference is that when you go to add the hair on the downward side leave the folded across hair out and add the new hair only. This style we did both sides of her hair the same.

Wrap Around To Side Ponytail

We started with a headband with a bow on it. To keep the headband in I decided to pull a puffy bang over the top of the headband. I secured the bangs back with small bobbie pins

Next make a wrap around the bottom of her hair start by rolling a small amount of hair and then adding small sections of hair. Secure with an elastic

Take a small piece of hair and wrap around the ponytail.

We then added a flower for fun.
