Hey! I haven't posted anything a long time ago... sorry about that. But I'm very happy today, because here, it's Christmas! I've spent this day wathching some Christmas movies like 'Home Alone' with my family and of course, eating! And I am so excited, so It seemed nice to post sometnig finaly. So, these are my top three festive, kinda, holiday inspired hairstyles, and I have a tutorial for each one of them! I hope you'll enjoy it! Hair Extensions for Beginners

Well yes hair extensions! They can be very helpful when it comes to styling. It's actually very obvious why they're so important. The hair it's self is human, and of the best quality, so it's also very important to find a great quality hair extention clips. Why clips? Well they're the easiest to insert. I recommend HeadKandy extensions because the set comes with a lot of hair. Which is great if you want a real natural look.

I've learned all that in the Hair Extention for Beginners post from the amazing blog named WhishWhishWhish.

The colour is the least of the problem. You can always email the team and they would recommend you the colour that might fit you the best. So no worries about that. Insering them is very simple too, and even if you don't really get it this time, you can always check some videos. After some practice, if your hair colour is not completely matching the hair extensions colour, learn how to blend it all out! 

To put them in, you simply part your hair, clip up a section, backcomb at the roots slightly so the clips have something to grip, and clip away! There is a guide that comes with your extensions that tells you exactly where to put which section of hair, and each section is also numbered in the order you insert them too.

Ombre Hair Is Back

Most of you would say "Oh please, that's so last year's hairstyle", but I don't think so. Well yes it was a trend one or two years ago, but it's back! After the big pastel hair hit for summer, it became the new hair trend for this Autumn 2012 collection (my source - British Vouge). There are so many types of ombre hair, but I'm thinking on brown to pale blonde ends (I prefer that look better) or you can just play with colours. A whole host of colour combinations were on show at Prada.

A lot of women ask what to tell their hairdresser so they could get the look that ther're asking for. The answer is very simple, just show them a picture and they'll know exactly what to do. But if you really don't  have any money, you can go and try to find some online tutorials for a DIY ombre hair look. Nail Tutorial/Pink Crush

It's been a long time since I've posted a nail tutorial. Maybe because I got a little uninspired. Nail art never was a thing Im good at. But, I'm satified with just watching or adding glitter. My dear friend - Sanya, is very good at that, and she is always creative. So, all of you shoud visit her blog - When I'm Bored. I just love the name.

But, this is not about that. This tutorial is from one of my favorite blogs - The Wonder Forest. It's very simple, plus I get to add sprinkles. Hahahha. It's pretty easy adding them with a makeup sponge. They are a little bit stick so the glitter won't fall off. The white base is important to. So instead of adding multiple coats and messing everything up, you'll have the real bright color with only one coat. And just in case your nails have already dried, put a finishing colorless polish.

Tie n' Style a Hair Warp

There are so many ways of tiying you hair warp. In this tutorial, make sure that the hair warp has a wire in inside. That will help you style it and it'll hold your hair better. New In: Spring Sweater & DIY Shorts

Hey everyone! I just came back from the town, well more shopping. I was so excited to show you my new soft & a little lacy spring grey sweater. I loved that kinds of sweaters since I know about myself. They are very useful. If, let's say spring isn't very warm like expected, or when those summer nights get a little chilly. A few days ago, I used some old jeans to make this cool shorts that you see. It took me less than 5 min. to make. And I know that mostly all of you know the simple steps of turning some old jeans into a shorts, but still, if I already photographed it, why not post it?

As you can see, It's really fluffy & soft. And the dark grey color looks great. It can be worn with a tank underneath, just because it has those little dimples all over it. But it's also very warm, and made of wool. It's just a casual look that i love. 

And here's the simple quick DIY project. Using a pen mark the length of your new shorts. Note: mark it to be a little longer that you want just so you could fold the ends. Cut the jeans by following the line. After that fold the ends - See picture 3. Sew it on the sides so it won't fold back. To secure everything, iron the ends, from the front side and back side. DIY: Neon Toe Shoes

Oh my, how beautiful! Instead of spending a lot of money on buying, why not take 5 minutes and make them? And then also saving money? To make everything more funny & interesting, try to paint some patterns. Like polka dots, or stripes. After that, wear proudly your art pieces.

Supplies: shoes, some paint spray and tape. Take the tape and stick it where you want the color to end. After that carefully spray on that section. Let it dry, and done! If you want some dots or stripes, use paint & a brush. 

DIY: Custom Makeup Brushes

It's been a long time since the last DIY project post. So I'm very excited for you to see the new project! I've always loved the little things. Especially something that I make by myself. And I also like to paint design on everything! So, I'm sure that this cute patterned brushes will make you happy every morning when you are getting ready.

Supplies: wooden makeup brushes, craft paint ( in this case - Martha Stewart ), paint brushes and a sanding block. Start by sanding down your brush handles. Unless the wood was already unfinished, this will help the paint to cling to the surface. Then paint the base coat. If you need to, add a second coat. After that paint a pretty design. They chose polka dots and stripes with a messy handmade look! Just have fun!

DIY: Summer Feather Hair Accessories

Hey everyone! If someone would ask me what is my favorite hair accessory, the answer would be simple. Hair feathers! It's very popular and gives a fresh & earthy look. And celebrities love it! It fills the California Cool look. So the items you're going to need, you probably already have at home. I like it that way.

1. INGREDIENTS: old t-shirt, hair clip, scissors, super glue, twine, and feathers.

    2. Cut or strip t-shirt into strips. Cut it so that the's 3 different lengths of fabric. One really long, one medium length and one shorter length. You can even tie the ends together for a detailed look. 

 3. Attach t-shirt fabric to clip. Using the twine I simply tied and tightly knotted the fabric onto the end of the clip.

   4. Warp twine around t-shirt strips. Wind the twine around all the fabric pieces separately.

5. Super glue the end of the feather.

 6. Slip the glued feather through the wrapped twine. 

7. Secure the feather with a snipped of twine. Knot it good.

8. So, repeat it 7-8 times until you get the right amount of feathers and twine. And then place the hair-piece in the back ( at the roots ) underneath your hair. Good luck! 

DIY: Beach Hair Spray

For me, the best go-to summer hairstyle ( without any effort ) is definitely the beautiful messy beach hair. As you know, messy hairstyles are IN this season. This tutorial is going to be very useful, until you get your natural beach waves. The hairspray is all natural, it contains sea salt and almost everything that you can find in your kitchen. There's no hair damaging or something like that, it'll be like you just spend a day at the beach.

{Here's the DIY beach hairspray tutorial} 

First, here are the ingredients. Everything you can find on Soap.com. All the credit you should give to Asuyeta Blog, I've found the tutorial there!

♥ Coconut oil

♥ Sea salt 

♥ Vodka  

♥Hair gel

♥ Spray bottle

♥Measuring cups

Make sure that the water is warm-hot so the coconut oil melts.

 Coconut oil smells so delightful, and it's very helpful. If your hair is dry just use 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil!

You can also use rubbing alcohol. It lets the spray last longer and helps to break down your hairs oil build-up.

 If your hair is more oily, use more sea salt. But, ONLY sea salt.

 A few spritzes of hair gel gives your hair a better hold and texture. 

NOW: Spray all over damp hair and scrunch with your fingers. Blow dry or let it air dry. Finger comb through your hair and you look like you just came from a beautiful and fun day at the beach! You'll look so beautiful! 

How To: Tie A Hair Scarf

First, I always had problems with hair scarfs. They just don't like me. Unfortunately, I like them. Especially at summer, ( and it's coming very fast! ). I'm addicted to the beautiful vintage look they reflect. So, I immediately went to Pinterest ( they just have it all ), and found this amazing tutorial that shows how to tie a hair scarf. Surprisingly, it's very easy. I'm not good at tying things, so that is a biiiggg plus.

DIY: Song Lyric Wall Art

Since I've entered into the blogging world, I was very interested into D.I.Y. projects and crafts. They really bring out the handy girl inside of me. And the blogging world helped me with lots of fun, original ideas! The best and largest selection of them I've found on Pinterest . The best from blogs all over the world. That is how I bumped on this creative, original tutorial from - A Beautiful Mess Blog ( I think that I'm falling in love with it! The Tutorial:

Here's how I did it... Step 1. Find a paint by number or vintage painting that you like, but not one you adore (since you'll be painting over most of the design). A damaged piece works great, or a print you aren't too crazy about or ever a duplicate piece, like mine. Steps 2-3. Supplies needed: Artwork, Letter stickers (see 3 for the exact stickers I used. I purchased them at the art section of Michaels. You can also get them at hardware stores everywhere) White paint (in hindsight I would use spray paint, just a hint!), a paint brush and scissors. Step 4. Cut out and plot out your design. I know it's an extra step to cut out each letter, but it's much easier to create nice spacing this way! Step 5. Stick stickers. Place them as perfectly or imperfectly as you fancy! Steps 6-8. Cover the entire art piece with a coat (or two) of white paint. I wish I would have used spray paint because my letters bled a tiny bit. Spray paint is preferable. Step 9. Allow your paint to dry. I layed my piece on the front porch for an hour. Next, peel the letters off carefully. Step 10. Yay!
